Looking for a hotel that has a view of the port with free parking. Do any of the rental car agencies provide free shuttle to Port everglades or do we have to return the car back to the airport and then cab it?

Looking for a hotel that has a view of the port with free parking. Do any of the rental car agencies provide free shuttle to Port everglades or do we have to return the car back to the airport and then cab it?

We rented from Hertz at the FLL airport. There are 2 locations for Hertz to return the car. If you drop the car off at the airport, there is NO shuttle service. When you pick up the car, ask the person behind the desk where the other location is that will take you to the pier FOR FREE. It was at a hotel downtown, but we overheard the driver say that they were moving to another location and I don't remember where it is.

The hotels with a port view charge for parking. Lago Mar has a nice view from the beach of the ships going out and has free parking.
