Lol. I don't know about the old people part. I describe it as cold oatmeal with mix-ins. I only have it on cruise ships. Celebrity prepares it table side! So good!

Muesli is like Granola. I haven't seen it on Carnival.

They have other cold cereals and nice hot oatmeal with things to put into it like nuts,raisins etc.

Agree, NCL muesli is very good. I think I saw it once on Carnival, but it wasn't the same. NCL also has amazing pretzel rolls.

I recommend the oatmeal with toppings, if you're not totally against a hot version. Between the buffet line toppings and a trip to the fruit bar, you can put something together. There may even be a suitable cold cereal that you could for added crunch...I can't remember.

IMO, what they have is gloppy gray oatmeal that tastes like wallpaper paste. I think it is disgusting -- just MO. :o

Thanks for the replies. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to it. The first time I had it was on NCL and had it every morning. Had every morning on Celebrity too. I'll just have to find another "must have every morning" favorite.:D
