Fishing Excursion Recommendations?

Are there any recommendations for deep sea fishing excursions in Juneau, Skagway, or Ketchikan? There is only one cruise sponsored one in Juneau so I was wondering if there were any private tours that anyone could recommend. We are going the first week of September (next year). Thanks!

My favorite is the Fishing and Dining excursion in Ketchikan. I have been on a halibut charter in Juneau, but it wasn't a ship tour. Not much fishing out of Skagway.... I assume by "deep sea" you mean not trolling for salmon, which you can do in either port.

Ketchikan is the most popular port (of those 3) for a fishing excursion.
