Diamond Restaurant Hours

Both restaurants are open from 7:30-9:30. Make sure to reserve Don Vito's as soon as you arrive on ship. I did and was only able to get a reservation for one night.

OK, on the Diamond's Med cruises (and indeed on all RSSC cruises, with respect to the alternative dining rooms), I would guess that you would not want to reserve Don Vito's on the second or last night, when the main restaurant has its most impressive menus. Anyone disagree?

I thought formal night was later in the cruise, perhaps the night of the day at sea.

The last night is not formal night, but usually is one of the more spectacular menus.
