? About time to fly from Anchorage

Does anyone know if a flight leaving Anchorage at 12:55 AM would work if we took the 6:00 PM train from Seward?

The train arrives into Anchorage at 10:15 IF it's on time. Many pax do head straight to the airport for late night flights, BUT it is a risk because 2 of my last 3 train trips from Seward to Anchorage had delays. The Anchorage airport is quite busy late at night with so many overnight flights departing, which can make security and check in lines longer, especially if you're flying any airline other than Alaska Airlines. All airlines go through the same security checkpoint, but Alaska Airlines is the only airline with proper staffing and ample check-in stations because it's the main airline here.

 

Don't let this deter you from taking the train, though. It's a gorgeous ride with views you can't see from the highway.
