Hello!

 

It's my first time on NCL. I paid my reservation in full on Sep. 04, but until now my reservation is "on-hold".

Is this normal? How many time until the status change?

we paid ours in full last week and the payment status changed to completed right away. although i did have to log out and log back in to see it.

Did you book this through a travel agent? Or is it a guaranty reservation and awaiting room assignment?

I booked through a travel agent a GTY balcony. I'm not from US. Thank you all!

I would get in touch with the agent. It should clear almost immediately.

Sounds like the TA may not have sent NCL the money yet. I would be contacting my TA and asking them to clear this up.

I'd also suspect your payment has been delayed or somehow gone awry. Contact your travel agent; they need to get the payment process and acknowledged by NCL...and soon.

When we booked we needed final payment the next day (last minute). Our reservation was still listed as HOLD several hours later, but after calling TA suddenly it was confirmed. Think they forgot to send my payment earlier in the day. It happens so I would check that out if you used a TA.

Was able to print e-doc ticket and luggage tags. However I don't see a boarding pass to print? Thought we did this last year could be wrong just back from a Princess cruise so may be mixing them up.

Keep checking and ask question if something doesn't look right. This is a great site for all kinds of information.

NCL's eDocs are the equivalent of airline boarding pass. There is nothing else to print.

Thanks, brain cells not working lately. Must have been the priority boarding for Princess a few weeks ago I was thinking of. They have them color coded so the reps know where to send you at a glance.
