culotte dress

Will be on Carnival Legend. Will it be ok to wear a culotte dress in the dining room on casual nights? I know it says no shorts but I don't consider this shorts.What do all of you think?

As long as it really looks like a dress with a fuller and longer skirt bottom, you will be just fine. Enjoy the Legend, she is a beautiful ship.
