hulamoon Posted September 14, 2014 #26 Share Posted September 14, 2014 I think the best role is to identify departments, procedures, confusing information, repair the damage but also shine some light on departments that are chronically a problem. My perspective is one of triage. In my heart, I want to believe some chronic issues are temporary. Once issues slow down then there are so many other ways to assist guests and Celebrity. I also get concerned when posters demand the poster show up with an answer. I agree with the role, as it is. I am optimistic the posters appearances are not just to gauge the mood of the boards but to dive into the nature of repetitive weaknesses in Celebrity's departments.
