Nassau: Blue Lagoon beach break or Atlantis Beach day?

Hello fellow cruisers,

 

I will be traveling with 2 other adults and two 4 year olds on the Allure. Has anyone done one (or both) of these excursions? The Atlantis one is $86 per adult/ $60 per child and Blue Lagoon is $66 per adult/ $50 per child and includes lunch. We will be in port from 8am to 5pm. I can't seem to decide which excursion would be best for our group. Any feedback is much appreciated!

The beach day at Atlantis can have some very rough water - sometimes you can't go in. I'd do BlueLagoon with four year olds.
