It will be in your cruise personalizer and listed as shareholders benefit.

After we fax our statement and cruise details to them it appears a couple of days later on our Personaliser.

Just check the personalizer it will show there.

I faxed our statement this past Monday (6 days ago) and do not see anything that says shareholders benefit. Are you sure that's what the credit shows? Is it one credit for $100 or is it slit between the two passenger's in the cabin $50 each?

It is only on one persons bill.Look under payments and credits in your booking.

You can always call Princess direct. The number for the people who receive and process your Shareholder OBC fax is:

 

Tel 800 872 6779 ext. 30317

 

Whenever I fax in my shareholder OBC request I wait about 10 minutes or so and then call that number. They can immediately tell me if my fax has been received and they will usually apply the OBC immediately and then send an email confirmation.

 

On my personalier my Shareholder OBC shows up as: Shareholders Benefits. It shows the full amount under my name and nothing under my wife's name.

Thanks for the helpful info. It appeared yesterday morning (Saturday) and took 5 days for them to post it to out account in my name as shareholder benefit. I was concerned, but 5 days turn around is fine considering we have a couple of weeks before the ship sails..:):D
