CasinoCruzGirl Posted September 21, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2014 Anyone know anything about this? Of course when I called NCL the person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about
JohnIreland Posted September 21, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 21, 2014 It's a program offered by a travel agent.

againin13 Posted September 21, 2014 #7 Share Posted September 21, 2014 Seems like they've illuminated a lot of the perks for the casino at sea VIPs and now is a purchase package available to everyone. Maybe and then maybe not. Sounds like it though it's being mentioned on a couple of different threads Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

SuiteCruiser Posted September 21, 2014 #9 Share Posted September 21, 2014 Makes sense that there is no breakfast and lunch in Cagneys since that one is on the new ships, but sounds like on the older ships that is also included in the price. Yikes, that suite benefit isn't that sweet a benefit if everybody will be crowding into Cagneys.

Sounds more like an upgraded room service for breakfast.

MCAT48 Posted September 21, 2014 #12 Share Posted September 21, 2014 I dunno I don't think it sounds like anything all that special. The only plus is the priority tender tickets if you're not in a suite or a high enough latitudes member. .id rather see them do something like carnivals faster to the fun option.. Beaver1975 Posted September 21, 2014 #13 Share Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) It's not available on the older ships, Breakaway and Getaway. No mention of anything about Cagney's. It was available on the Gem, a few weeks ago, including access to Cagney's for breakfast and lunch. I don't think so.
CasinoCruzGirl Posted September 21, 2014 Author #15 Share Posted September 21, 2014 I will be on the breakaway in November and if they still offer it I will buy it. Wonder if I can use my OBC for it. Just hope they still have it come November if they do it's worth it for me. Love to have a full breakfast in my cabin on my balcony.

Love my butler Posted September 21, 2014 #17 Share Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) I doubt they can offer Cagney's for B/L for the week at only $99. Cagney's will be overrun and the suite guests will not be happy. Cagney's does not have a huge kitchen so a full house at breakfast/lunch will definitely be problematic. CasinoCruzGirl Posted September 21, 2014 Author #18 Share Posted September 21, 2014 It has no mention of cagneys. It says specifically full breakfast room service
SuiteCruiser Posted September 21, 2014 #19 Share Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) It has no mention of cagneys. It says specifically full breakfast room service It was mentioned elsewhere and on post 13 here, that on the older ships where they don't have a Haven restaurant, they are offering it as part of the $99 package. Seems crazy to me. Edited September 21, 2014 by SuiteCruiser

SuiteCruiser Posted September 21, 2014 #21 Share Posted September 21, 2014 Did you see the photo I posted? I did, but the photo you posted was for Breakaway/Getaway/Epic as part of the deal is Cirque dinner. Others have posted that they had the card in their cabins on the older ships and it included Cagneys for Breakfast and Lunch. Hopefully someone will post it. I'm on the Sky on Friday, and don't know if there will be an offer there, but I will take a picture if there is.

I don't think so. The larger cabin and balcony? Butler and concierge service? Upgraded coffee maker and afternoon snacks in your cabin, etc. I think there would be lots of other perks left for suite dwellers to enjoy. If I didn't have a suite, I'd buy it for the total package but not for the breakfast upgrade alone.

If I didn't have a suite, I'd buy it for the total package but not for the breakfast upgrade alone. Suite guests PAY for the larger cabin and balcony, and we also pay for the perks with a much larger cruise fare. So telling suite guests there are other perks to enjoy just doesn't cut it. You start opening up Cagney's for breakfast and lunch they will lose us. We enjoy the relaxed meals and it is one of the main reasons we book a suite. camz Posted September 21, 2014 #24 Share Posted September 21, 2014 This offer sounds interesting, however, ultimately it will prove to be problematic so I would enjoy it while the offer still exists. It may well be a trial offer type promo.
