I doubt it. Unless you are a TA that has been invited onboard, they will not just open it to the public. I've never heard of them doing it with any new ship, at least not since 9/11 and all the security issues.

Not sure unless you are personally invited. Usually reserved for dignitaries,Press and TA's. Marsec Level is too high now a days.
