New to Carnival, I've looked on the website and I can't find the drink packages. Where are they?

Although I realize there is a vast multitude of threads regarding the beverage program offerings on Carnival . . . I'm gonna post to this 'freshest' one with my own single question. Thanks to anyone who has an answer.

 

1) There has often been mention of a "5-minute gap" between the ordering of beverage under Cheers!, and on occasion even the Bottomless Bubbles program. Where is there anything whatsover of that in pre-purchase details?? Is that a ship-by-ship decision, or more something set up in the electronic/computer system fleetwide??

 

I have a somewhat difficult time understanding the potential required gap between two non-alcoholic beverages (i.e. Coke, soda, juice) if Bottomless Bubbles does have that caveat.

I've done Cheers on the Freedom & Miracle (doing it again this weekend on the Miracle :D) and this has been enforced, their registers won't let them ring it up (similar to the free drinks in the casino but that is every 15 minutes). I don't know where it says it either but it wasn't really an issue for me.
