Disembarkation QV

Hello,

 

I will be travelling on QV for 3 nights at the end of this month.

 

Whilst I have cruised before this will be my first time with Cunard, having cruised mainly with P&O.

 

Can anyone please tell me what happens when we arrive back in Southampton, is the process pretty much the same as P&O whereby you have to be out of your cabin by 8am & have to wait in an allocated venue prior to being escorted by a member of staff to leave, or do Cunard do things differently.

 

Are you able to change your disembarkation time?

 

Any advice and or tips greatly appreciated.

Pretty much the same. You will receive a color coded tag for your luggage. If you can managa all your luggage by yourself you may ask for self help disembarkation 1 day prior to the day of disembarkation.

You have to be out of your cabin by 8am & have to wait in an allocated venue, But Cunard do not have any announcements for you to leave Its what they call Silent Disembarkation

If you can carry your own luggage self-help is the fastest way off and begins prior to general disembarkation.
