We will be cruising with Carnival in December and purchased Faster to the Fun. How early should we go to the port? Also, does Faster to the Fun help with debarkation? We have never done this before and any info would be appreciated.

Fttf main purpose is to keep you from waiting. Arriving before 11 you will probably be waiting for about an hour before you board

Arrive about 11:30. Check in and be walking in the ship right after.

Do you have fttf for all your cabins?

We've been able to board anywhere from 11:00 to 12:00. Depends if you mind waiting a while at port. We like getting there about 10:45 ourselves.

Your room will be ready when you board. If the doors are closed off there will be a sign for VIP/FTTF to go on in.

I personally wouldn't go any earlier than 11-11:30 because if you go any earlier boarding probably wouldn't have started yet and you will still have to sit and wait like everyone else. FTTF only helps you get on the ship faster if boarding has actually started...

But to answer your other question yes you can use it to get off faster too. We used it to self assist and me with the diamond and platinum people and were some of the first off of the ship. This was really great as we cruised out of Miami and had a flight out of FLL.

We got into Port Canaveral and headed straight to the ship..breezed up around 10:30 passing debarking cruisers as we went...we were directed to a FTTF area..we didn't wait to long then...on board...we were having a blast with all the extra time...
