caymancouple Posted October 8, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 8, 2014 So my SIL submits for his cruise that leaves Sunday the email with the brokerage statement back in August. (He has the email to prove it). Last week he realizes he never heard back. He emails again, using same brokerage statement. RCCL emails back saying statement too old. He emails back new statement. They email back saying the name of the owner of the stock is not the name of the person in the cabin.... the name on the reserervation... per the passport is Suzanne Smith, the name on the stock is Susan Smith...... He emails back yes it is that is my wife... (Keep in mind this is like the 4th cruise they have used this on) They email back... YOu did not include a brokerage statement.... This is ridiculous.... Anyone know how to reach a HUMAN

STANCPA44 Posted October 9, 2014 #13 Share Posted October 9, 2014 I have had trouble with the shareholders benefit for my October 26th cruise. I email them in late August with the documentation, never heard from them. Send a second email in early September, again never heard from them. Emailed Crown & Anchor about this, never heard from them. Contacted my travel agent, they contacted RCL and they replied that there was a problem with documentation. Send out another email with a more current documentation on Saturday, did not hear from them, sent out another email, yesterday, Wednesday, received an automatic reply. Finally I received this morning a email stating that my shareholders benefit will be credited to my account. I am saving this email in special folder and printing out a hard copy, just in case. I have applied for the credit a number of times, a few times it was rejected because of conflict with other perks, but I always heard from them within a week.
