On Line Check in

I just completed making the final payment for our January cruise. I had previously completed all of the on line check in and everything was marked with the big green check marks for both of us. After making this final payment, that information is no longer available and when I click the on line check in--it appears as if I need to start new. Does this make sense or should I assume they have what is required. I don't want to hold up the rest of the process. Thank you for any help.

You can thank the wonderful IT department!!:rolleyes: You probably need to just redo it. Once you are done, since you have made final payment, you can print out your boarding pass.

 

Luggage tags/edocs won't be available until usually 45 days or so before the sailing.

Just to note: A thread on the exact same topic was started earlier today. Must be a problem in the system. Just need to wait for it to be corrected.

Sorry--I thought I had scanned today's threads and didn't see the one earlier today that addressed the same issue. Sad to say this, but I feel a little better to know that I am not alone......
