Yes, Cape Liberty is the name of Bayonne's cruise port. One option from Philadelphia is to take an Amtrak train to Newark Penn Station, followed by a taxi to the Cape Liberty. I think we're going to have to wait until the Quantum's regular cruises start before posters report back on how everything is functioning with the new terminal and much larger ship.
