Retailers selling Carnival gift cards?

Yet another gift card question. I did a FAQ about the gift cards and found a link about 9000 retailers to sell them. Lowes was one of them, but no luck at 5 around my area. Has anyone seen them yet? There were other stores going to sell them as well as Publix.

I have never seen them at any retail stores around us, and nothing like that shows up if you google Carnival Gift Cards.

 

Other than the Verizon and Carnival's site, I have only ever seen them on re-seller pages cardhub, ebay, etc.

 

Can't say if they are sold in some retailers in certain regions.

I KNEW it was true!! I did a FAQ on the Carnival website and saw they were rolling those out!!! YAY!! Thanks so much!!

I checked Kroger yesterday, and they had them.

Yes, the Carnival Gift Card can be purchased in approximately 9,000 retail locations including Kroger, Giant Eagle, Hyvee, Price Chopper, Safeway, Meijer, Albertsons, Lowes, Winn Dixie and Office Max. Publix will join the list of retail locations in the 1st quarter of 2015.

Our Kroger has at times offered 4x the points when purchasing gift cards. These can be redeemed at the Kroger gas station for up to a $1 off per gallon of gas on a fill up. We bought Marriott cards one year for a land vacation and got a lot of cheaper gas. I will have to see if Carnival gift cards can be used toward the final payment

If anyone has access to a Scrip program for fundraising, they might have them on their list. Carnival cards were on our order form for Marching Band a few years ago.

I'll keep an eye out for them! I have never been find them in the gift card kiosks at the lowes or the local grocery stores. But I haven't been paying that much attention. So, I'll look more closely now. Can those be used for OBC if someone buys you one?

Yes kelkel, it says they can, and to pay on your fare. I've been looking at lowes every week, I am in Florida and yet no gift cards yet. I have to be patient!

They have them at the Kroger I go to, I have already told my kids that this is what I want for Christmas. I have a cruise booked in Feb.

We do purchase them on the Carnival web site though.

Bought $2000 worth yesterday at Kroger. Made final payment for 3 rooms. Yeah for Kroger gas points! $1 off per gallon for at least 4 fill ups! I love that they are doing this. I think we will get a few hundred for our sign and sail cards also.

Weevil, what area of Atlanta was the Kroger you went to in? I couldn't find them in Marietta.

We are in Woodstock. It was the Kroger on hwy 92 and Trickum Rd. They are on the big gift card display.

Just to let you know - AARP also has Carnival gift cards for the same deal at Verizon. You use your AARP points to get 10% off the gift card.

Krogers is Ralph's on the west coast. We also have Albertsons here. Hoping they will soon be available at target and Wal-Mart.
