Chops on the Jewel on the first night?

We are thinking of doing Chops on the first night of the Jewel. Since this is out of San Juan and we don't leave until later, what would be a good time? Are they open before Muster? Or do they open just after? Thanks

On our cruise they opened Chops after muster. It seems like the first reservation was 8:30PM.
