What to do in Port Carneveral 12-9?

I'm not sure if I'm asking this question in the correct forum, but I wasn't sure where else this would fit.

I will be in Port Canaveral in a few weeks. The ship docks from 12-9. What are any suggestions for any activities that can be done in that time frame. We probably won't be able to debark until 12:30 or later. None of the parks make sense given the time restrictions, especially when rental car rental agencies in the area close at about 4 pm and Orlando is 1 hour away from the port.

We are a family of 5. 2 adults and 3 kids (10,9 and 6).

Any suggestions are appreciated.
