xoxbear Posted November 2, 2014 #1 Share Posted November 2, 2014 Can you buy a drink in a pineapple or coconut onboard? If so is it only at certain bars?
Fishymom Posted November 2, 2014 #2 Share Posted November 2, 2014 Yes you can but they weren't offered this week until Fri and Sat I saw them at all of the bars
WiscoGirl32 Posted November 2, 2014 #3 Share Posted November 2, 2014 Was on Breeze a few weeks ago and the lido pool bartenders were walking around with them for around $14 something. They had them in the last sea day.
RuthlessBoss Posted November 2, 2014 #4 Share Posted November 2, 2014 But if you buy one on shore, I don't think you can come back on board with it. Something to do with insect control.

marshhawk Posted November 3, 2014 #6 Share Posted November 3, 2014 My friend Shari bought one on the Fascination, the coconut was real, but the drink was in a plastic cup. She saved it, it has a monkey face. It's now a piggy bank for her next cruise.:p

firemanbobswife Posted November 3, 2014 #8 Share Posted November 3, 2014 But if you buy one on shore, I don't think you can come back on board with it. Something to do with insect control. And the opposite as well too. As I was in line for Customs in May coming off the Glory, a lady Flight Attendant in uniform for American Airlines got escorted to the back room at POM carrying one of the pineapples off the ship. The CBP Agent who's line I was in said as she walked by, "You're bringing fruit off?! That can be a $10,000 fine." Yikes! Call me crazy, but I would think that a FA would know better, but I could be wrong.
