I just left Paradise today. I know their isnt alot of newer threads out there about here. Any questions feel free to ask.

My first cruise was on Paradise. I loved it so much that I've become a cruising fan!

Thank you for that information. Now I can relax and not fret that I haven't booked. I was disappointed on my last Ecstasy cruise when Steve was gone, didn't seem the same. Also missed Jerry.

We are booked on the Paradise for February and I've heard great things about Steve.

 

Hopefully he will still be there when we cruise.

Hi I was on the PARADISE 11/1-11/6/14, only my second cruise.

 

I loved each and every crew/staff member. Only food I did not like was the Italian buffet, ONLY because I am used to American Italian food, only a personal choice.

 

I ate in elation dining room every night, I cruised by myself and chose anytime dining -5:45-9:30. Excellent choice. I had same waiter staff every night who spoiled me to death. The food was super. If there was something on the menu that I didn't care for I asked for two shrimp cocktails as my entree.

 

You can mix and match your order any way you want.

 

My Cabib Steward ..Alexander was a sweetheart..I just adored him. No matter how busy he was he always had time to smile and say HI...MS PAT.

 

I decorated my door so it was easier to find. Everyone loved it.

 

The passengers were so nice, you never heard ant arguing or anything. And of course there were there usual drunks at the casino being obnoxious to your ears but not to you.

 

I am partly handicapped so I did not get off ship, but I spent that time going on decks I hadn't been on before and took pictures of decor etc to bring home to show my HUBBY.

 

The lido deck buffet has wonderful carving stations with a diff meat each night, if you love turkey like I do, go there turkey night, best turkey I have ever had. (that was the only night I didn't eat in Elation dining room.

 

Also go to shows, bingo, comedy clubs, dance classes (you watch them). Go to parties on Lido deck, after all you only live once, enjoy it while you can.

 

I LOVE THE PARADISE! IT'S STAFF AND CREW AND LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF MY CRUISE????I am 62 yr old female whose husband does not wish to cruise, but I didn't let that stop me...AFTER ALL WHAT HAPPENS ON SHIP STAYS ON SHIP.

 

Also i met a lovely lady named Char,,,we met online two weeks before sailing, we had breakfast together each morning and she invited me to fancy high tea two days, loved it.
