I received the following auto-reply: Thank you for your Email and we will action shortly. Please note, we will shortly be changing our email Addresses The replacement email address for this type of enquiry is : For Royal Caribbean Bookings -CustomerServiceUK@rccl.com For Celebrity Cruises Bookings - CustomerServiceUK@celebritycruises.com For Azamara Club Cruises Bookings - CustomerServiceUK@azamaraclubcruises.com Thank you for your contact I eventually received a reply from CustomerServiceUK@celebritycruises.com. oztravellerleeds Posted November 17, 2014 #3 Share Posted November 17, 2014 Good luck with getting any reply from Celebrity, my wife and I cruised with them in January of this year, and we sent them two e mails prior to departure without reply, it's almost 12 months now and still waiting....lol They are useless at customer service. Thanks for that info, the address I was using is slightly different, (.uk) and no upper case characters, so we will see if I get a reply from the new message. Always glad to hear from you Celeb cruises, I know your question was not directed at me but perhaps you could pass back a request for your amended e-mail addresses to be changed on your pre printed stationary. The reason for my initial post was because the address on the Medical needs questionnaire was not working and I was receiving failure messages when I tried to send it, now seems this was due to changes in your IT system.
