Pedicure Fort Lauderdale ?

Apologies, I know this has been asked a couple of times as I've dug through all the old threads. Can anyone recommend a nail salon (or beauty place that does nails) that - and this is the key bit of info - is likely to respond to emails? I've sent a couple of messages to places I've seen mentioned on here but have had no reply (I'm also asking for a price list which is why I am using email rather than telephoning as most places don't have their own websites).

 

We're staying at Hilton Marina and will be sailing on Saturday 13 December. I really would love to have a pedicure as well as a polish for my hands that same morning before we leave.

 

If I can't find anyone that takes bookings via email, does anyone know if it's likely that places would accept me as a walk in? Ideally I'm looking for something within walking distance of the hotel.

Call the hotel directly and ask them if there is a place close by. I think they would be a reliable source of info.

Thanks, I might have to give that I try. I guess I'm just too used to everything being online these days and not having to talk to a "real live person" :D

I have used a nail salon on the 17 th st causeway that is fairly close to the cruise port..it is in the shopping plaza and takes walk ins.. I think the previous posters suggestion of checking with the hotel is a great idea

I would suggest Harbor Nails. A lot of cruisers go there and it is a few blocks away from the Hilton. They have a website with prices online here from $25-45. http://harbornails17thst.com/index.php/services
