Question about docking in Puerto Vallerta

We're looking at a feb cruise to Puerto Vallerta. I know the ship docks overnight in Puerto Vallerta.

 

My question is, can you get on and off the ship all night or is there some kind of curfew?

My two sons and their girlfriends went somewhere with the "crew". (where they party all night), but I do not remember where it was. The crew always knows the best places to go. Ask your room steward, waiter, bartender. They will be happy to share info.

Which shlp goes to Puerto Vallarta and what port does it leave from?

Miracle, out of Long Beach

We did this in March and it was awesome.

Everyone can come and go as they please and local bars and clubs stay open extra late that one day.

It's an amazing port!

My father and his wife (shes Mexican) live there every winter -- they tell me there are no problems in PV at all and they feel completely safe.

PV is great place been there many times

would spend a week their no problem but always be aware of your surroundings

We are just off the Miracle yesterday. Our stay at PV was from 8:00AM to 9:00PM. We did not overnight there.
