Does Celebrity allow you to bring a small quantity of soda on board in your carry on bag?

yes, you can bring as much as you'd like with you...either in your carryon, your luggage or even just attach a luggage tag to the case and it'll show up at your cabin along with your luggage. We did that for a case of water as well as pop years ago but have had the bev pkg the last few trips so no need to lug the liquids with us!

Bring as much as you want, there are no restrictions on soft drinks and bottled water, just on alcoholic beverages.

Soda Pop, Bottled Water, Non-Alcohol Mixers & Juice ...

 

Even things like one's preferred Instant Coffee, Tea Bags & Crystal Lite... There are no restrictions.

 

Lol, you'd be amazed at what some folks pack along

No need to haul it around with you in a carry on. I hit a grocery store on the way to the port and then slap a luggage tag on it and check it. It gets delivered right to the room. No worries or fuss. On my 14 day cruise I checked two twelve packs and even though one had exploded two cans the port guys wrapped them in plastic and got them to my state room anyway.
