Bar Hours and Activity times on Brilliance

We'll be on the Brilliance of the Seas 4 day itinerary on January 8th. I'm planning some activities for our group so I'd would love to see the Compass daily newsletters with activities and bar hours for the 4 day cruise. Or if someone can point me to that info on the RCI website that would be fine, too.

The bars are open as long as folks are ordering drinks, pretty much! If you plan your activities during normal hours, (not at 2 am!), then you'll be fine!

So at 2 in the afternoon all the bars on the ship will be open?

 

We're going to do a meet-up type game one afternoon, and I don't want to end up sending some people to bars that aren't open.

no. at least one will open at like 8 am, but some will not open until 4 or later

 

but the bars that are serving may already have something going on such as Trivia or a musical act so you cannot use it for something you set up on your own.

This is a small thing so it wouldn't be intrusive to a band or a trivia game taking place.

it would be if the ship sponsored acitvity packed the place

 

and CDs change, or their staff changes so the offered activioties may change.

 

you'd be better off looking for an unused or seldom used venue for your get together such as a card room or library or a lounge that is not yet open. people can bring their own drinks in.
