asmody Posted December 17, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 17, 2014 We're on the 14 day cruise round trip St. Maarten. Our first ever Seabourn cruise was on the Legend in the Med years ago. Is the ship still being kept up? It's becoming a Windstar star next April, just a couple of months after our cruise, so I'm sure it will be totally refurbished before going into service as a Windstar ship, however I'm concerned that the ship will still be the way we remember it, and not "run down' in any way. 123linz123 Posted December 22, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 22, 2014 I don't have the same reference point as you to know what the Legend was like years ago. But just got off the ship last week and was more than satisfied. Did St. Martin to Aruba. Will be happy to answer any specific questions.

Hint: its already a windstar ship. Seabourn is leasing it back from them until the turn over. That means Seabourn MUST keep it in a certain condition. So while it wont look like the belle of the ball itll still be a well maintained dancer (like the Pride was prior to the turn over in Barcelona).
