Has anyone experienced "Priority" elevator?

I thought that the special fast lines at Disney required additional payment? If not, why wouldn't everyone use it?

I know this is an old thread, but we did the all access tour, and while traveling to the bridge the security person with us changed the elevator to priority. Very nice

We had that at Universal studios. It waa because we stayed at a hotel in the park. So our hotel key was a fast pass. We didn't pay extra. It was a perk for staying with them at the park.

I know that when my DW cut her head open on Anthem last year when the medic arrived to take her down to the hospital that he had a card that over-rid the elevator and it brought one directly to the floor they were on and then directly to the hospital deck. Not sure if the elevator displayed priority on its display or not.
