Eletrical outlets in the Grand

My DH and I will be on the Grand princess on Oct 17 sailing the med. I have heard on these boards that you should bring a adapter to plug more that one thing into an outlet. I purchases two. One with a grounding plug (three prong) and one with just the two prongs(non-grounded). What kind of outlets do they have on the Grand. 2 prong or 3 prong?

We were on the Grand last October. If I remember correctly, I just plugged my 3 prong power strip cord into the outlet. However, just to be safe when I cruise, I always carry a 2 prong to 3 prong adapter just in case.

We took a power strip and adapter on last cruise and never took them out of suitcase. Had them just in case, but not necessary

How much do you need to plug in? There is usually just one plug in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. We take a power strip with us for two digital camera battery chargers, cell phone charger, my PDA and a nightlight as well as my mother's power wheelchair charger (this is in an accessible cabin). Anyone who uses CPAP needs one with a long extension cord as the sole electrical outlet in the bedroom is invarible at the vanity and not next to the beds.

when we cruised to Alaska on Princess they got an extension cord for us. Didn't bring our own. And we NEVER check it when flying. Always keep it with us...does not count as carry-on luggage since it is medical equipment.
