Liberty of the Seas pool

A quick question for those that have sailed on Liberty of the Seas.

Can you walk in and out of the main pool, or is it by ladder only?

Surrounding both main pools, there is a shallow area (probably about four inches deep) to cool off, but to enter the pool, you have to either jump in, use the ladder, or slide in from the edge of that shallow area. This photo should help:

Edit: I should have mentioned that there is handicapped access as well via a hydraulic lift.

... and i'll add that it didn't seem to be heated .. it was F-R-E-E-Z-I-N-G when we sailed on Liberty in March 2012!

We just sailed 12/1-12/15 and out of 14 days, the pool was freezing 13 days. Good Luck
