We are cruising on the Pride Jan18. This will be my second cruise but 1st time at tender ports. Can anyone tell me how the tender process works? FTTF is sold out and I'd love to have some tips to avoid a 2hr wait for the tender.
If book a Carnival excursion, you will get a ticket telling you where to meet to get a tender sticker and the time you will meet. When your tender number is called, staff will escort you to the tender. There's usually not much of a wait.

If you do not book a Carnival excursion, you will need to get a sticker when they start issuing them for general tender boarding. The Fun Times will tell you what time they will issue stickers and where you should go to get a sticker. The earlier you get there, the lower your sticker number will usually be. When they call your number, you go down to the tender boarding area.

OP, did you leave port on time? How about return--fog keeping the ship out?

I went 11/16--we left 9pm, got back okay but they didn't disembark until late because the "garbage got put in front of the luggage" so they had to offload garbage before bags! Didn't debark until almost 10am. Next time I'll do self assist.

Smoking area is cramped, not cleaned but this isn't unique to Pride. The tables up there are stationary, the chairs slatted and get uncomfortable. Those pretty blue lounge sofas and love seats were the pits! Looked great but not comfortable. I really don't want to sit on a love seat with someone I don't know!

We just sailed on the Pride on 12/21. Agreed that Lido is open every night. You just have to look for the open sections. The deli is GREAT and will customize anything. Plus the good eats and pizza. guys is open until 6 pm too. We always had options. Even late!

We've read other reports of people saying tables weren't cleared etc and I was prepared for this... well it didn't happen for us at all. There were so many people cleaning all around all the time. Even room service dishes set in the hallways were snapped up quickly. I was thoroughly impressed.

Roatan - if you ever go back, book a driver through Bodden or something. It is such a gorgeous island and shouldn't be missed. Sorry you didn't enjoy it!

I've didn't see any of the interior rooms. We had a 4K at it was the normal size of a balcony room without a balcony.

Hope you enjoyed your cruise. We loved the Pride. We agree that the CD has issues. Didn't care for George at all. Hardly any activities and he was non-existant and when he was aaround, unapproachable.
