My offer code is PC9 does anyone know what the casino cash is for that?

Would someone mind listing any summer sailings they may have for Premier? I just got off NCL Epic and checked my CCL account, and have the offer (PC9) but can't get the cruises to load - no matter what browser/computer I use! I won't be home until Friday (spending a few days in FLL) and can't check my mail till then for a flyer. Thanks so much!

I'm having the same issue with the cruises not showing (it just freezes), but I was able to pull it up on my phone and if I remember correctly, the Legend going to Alaska in May was the latest. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

We're booked on the Sunshine for Feb. 20th. Ocean view and 1000 casino cash. This is our first premier cruise. How does the casino cash work? Is it match play for table games?

No, it's actual cash. Prior to the cruise the casino dept. sent our vouchers in the mail. On the first night you bring the voucher with ID to the cage in the casino and they will give you the cash.

I just did a Premier cruise over New Year's on the Splendor. I had received the new offers in my VIFP offers on Carnival's website the day before our cruise. As usual, the sailings would not come up and I got the spin of death. I called the number that was listed and the first time I asked if they could give me the list of the premier cruises as mine would not load. The girl put me on hold and came back and said that she asked her supervisor and that there was no list. She said that I would just have to go into each individual ship and sail date to see which were premier cruises. I told her that she was crazy and called back. The second time was much more successful and she gave me the list. We wanted to wait and see if we liked this cruise first so I left the list in our car.

I talked to both the casino manager on the Splendor and to Lillian Humphries who was the Executive Casino Host on this cruise. Both of them acted as if I was crazy. I have read many times on here that others have had this same issue with the cruises not loading. She told me that I should only be receiving these offers in the mail. Of all of the offers that I have received in the past year, only once has one came in the mail. Usually I get them first in the VIFP section and then I sometimes get an e-mail. For these new cruises I have not received mail offers and they showed up on Carnival on 12-27. I did receive an e-mail on 1-6.

I also asked Lillian if she had the list with her because I was considering booking one while we were on board. She told me that everyone has a different list depending on where you live and how much you have played in the casino. She suggested that I e-mail the players club and ask them for my list. I laughed and said do you know how long it takes to hear back from them? She said that they have new management and that they are required to reply within 3 business days. I said so let me get this straight, I want to book a cruise and you want me to e-mail someone and wait 3 business days to hear back from them? She said well I've never heard of anyone having this issue and you must have your address listed incorrectly with us so you are not getting your mail offers. I have lived at the same address for 10 years and why would I get 1 offer, but not the others?

Really they had no answers, suggestions, or anyone else to speak to about it. I should also add that I am a TA so where it tells you to contact your travel professional, they will not have any additional information for you. I had a client who had the same issues and thank goodness they were understanding as Carnival can not explain why there are issues displaying the cruises.

We did enjoy the premier cruise very much and after seeing the list on the e-mail that they sent me, we will probably book another one. I really do wish that they would get this fixed, though. I shouldn't have to work so hard to see my offers.

Just got more premier cruise offers in my Carnival VIFP section on the Carnival website. There are 14 cruises to choose from with casino cash. However it does not say how much casino cash, and even if you do a mock booking, it doesn't show how much.

Anyone else get this offer and if so, how much casino cash comes with it.

The only problem I see with these are there are no solo pricing. It always comes with booking for 2.

pc3 &ps4 depending on offer u get $300. PC3 last month on Magic $300, PC3 on Triumph March 2nd $300, PC4 on Freedom March 14th $300.

Myself and my my hubby both got email for rate pc4... The email says I get $500 and hubby gets $300..so I don't think the code has anything to do with how much cash you get... Also hubby gambles more $ than I do when we cruise together so I don't think that matters either.... Must be the luck of the draw!!! Hubby can't get time off work to go so I'm still trying to find someone to go with me!! 😄

What contitutes a Premier Cruise..for Gamblers? Are they lower occupancy that they fill with folks in Players club and give everyone a certain amount of cash and cabin offers??

Yes - it is for people who "donate" to the casino during a cruise. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to who gets these offers, though. They usually have a welcome gift in the cabin, goodies sent, a welcome party, free raffles each night in the casino, cash waiting at the casino, free drink card, and a discounted rate.

I know the feeling.. got premier offers myself... also trying to find someone to go....

might just have to go the solo cruise... did a solo last year... had a great time.. spent a lot of time in the casino with a great group of people that seemed to always be at my table... even had one guy decide i was his good luck charm, and always sat with me if a spot was open... and a couple that were really fun... only thing about solo is you don't have anyone to share it with when you come... to look back on the memories with... but it was still fun..just a little lonely at times.

John Heald did say on Facebook a few weeks ago that you need to earn 7500 total points in the casino over a 12 month time frame to qualify for a premier cruise. Whether this is offered as a free cruise or how much cash you get depends on your level of play.

Thank you!

question??

there are many codes used from the casino offers. Does anyone know what each one offers or not? PC3<PMB<PC9 etc, ect.

Not sure how many, but sometimes two people have the same codes on their premier offer, and yet have different amounts of casino cash that goes with it, depending on your level of play i believe.

I just got off Conquest and the last night of our cruise a letter was slipped under my door from the Players Club with an offer for a free interior cabin on select sailings. The offer code is PMB. The list of sailings applicable on the back of the letter is very outdated (some of the ships listed as sailing from a port have been moved to other ports and the sailing dates don't match those ships any longer) and the sailing dates applicable are mostly in January and February with only a couple in March or April.

Does anyone know if there is a way to look at a list of sailings online using the offer code or do I just have to call and hope I get someone that knows what they are talking about?

If you sign in on your carnival acct., and go to "my offers" they may be listed. However, I have found out the best way to check is to sign in, and then search a cruise I am interested in. Next to the sailing dates it may say "special offer" - this means you will get a casino rate (discount) or it may be a Premier offer for you.

When I got off the magic in October there was a letter given to me for a free interior on any sailing but had to be booked within 2 weeks and had to be sailing by Feb. I *think* the code started with BC and had to be arranged through the number given (I'm assuming the casino dept.) There was no offer that showed online when I logged in, nor email. Best bet to call!
