Just got a call...

Just got a call from Royal... She asked about a hold I had on our next cruise. I told her we made the final payment today. She said, "I see you have another cruise planned in October on Oasis." I said yeah and she asked if I made any payments on that. I told her yes, that was booked a year ago. Then she said okay have a great cruise! So weird! I was really thinking it was the upgrade fairy!!! I've never received a call like that! Anyone else have this happen?!

I had a hold for something-- I dealt with the next day. Went out afterward and DH got a call from RCL about the hold. So, normal I guess.

Check your invoices. We booked Allure for this past January and when I didn't get my invoice emailed to me within 24 hours I called and found out that the even though Royal charged my credit card for a $500 deposit, they never applied it to the reservation. After a series of ridiculous missteps, they finally got it right.
