Tipping the porters at Singapore cruise terminal

What is expected when handing our luggage over to the porters at the Singapore cruise terminals? Should we tip them?

Tipping is not usually the normal practice in Singapore but if you feel so inclined a couple of dollars would probably be appreciated. With cabs I usually give a couple of dollars (Singapore $) or round up the fare but they are happy just to accept the metered fee.
