CanadianTravellerX2 Posted January 8, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 8, 2015 Not sure if this is what you mean, but I use http://www.marinetraffic.com to follow the ships online.

Rare Essiesmom Posted January 8, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 8, 2015 Try cruisecal.com for the daily schedule. For other functions of the site (other than itinerary lookup) it is a pay site. EM

Rare Hlitner Posted January 8, 2015 #7 Share Posted January 8, 2015 All cruise ships (and nearly all larger vessels) have an international system called "AIS" which means Automatic Identification System. In 2002, as part of the worldwide SOLAS agreement the AIS transmitters were required on any ship over 300 tons. There are several online sites (some free) that allow any user to track ships all over the world. These online systems usually allow the user to filter the results to limit it to cruise/passenger vessels. Marinetraffic.com (previously mentioned) is one such site and you can find (and try) others by simply using Google to identify AIS ship sites. AIS sends a constant signal via satellite so one can see, in real time, the location, speed, course, etc. of nearly any vessel. Hank
