We will be on the Allure of the Seas in May just wonderring when i can start booking restaurant ,show etc on manage my booking . When I was on the other day but they not showing up .Is it that I am too early .

It's likely too early. There is no set time for reservations to open, and they don't all open at the same time. You might find excursions open for booking, but entertainment still missing. Keep checking the website.
