Pearl breakfast and lunch

I think I understand the buffet is always an option... And the great outdoors (which I understand to be a small buffet?)... What about o'sheehans and one or both of the mdrs? Are these all available for breakfast and lunch. We are just in a mini-suite, no special perk places to eat :)

Dd wants waffles and sausage :) if anyone knows the best option for that for breakfast.

One MDR will be open for breakfast, on sea days also for lunch. O'Sheehan's should be open pretty much 24/7.

My preferred breakfast spot is Great Outdoors, there is adequate buffet selection and nice places to sit (if one can find a free table, people do camp out there). If there are no places outside, one can and sit in the Italian restaurant - it is usually relatively empty and quiet, very different from the hassle on the buffet side. They also usually have drinks available in pitchers in there so no need to leave just to get another cup of coffee/OJ/etc.
