sand and water Posted January 20, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Does anyone know where these rooms are located on the ship? Also, how many people can this room hold?
cb at sea Posted January 20, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2015 There are 2 on deck 7 and 2 on deck 8...not too far from midships. You have to call and book on the phone...they don't book those online. I think you need at least 5 to book, but I don't know what the max is! A2Mich Posted January 21, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 21, 2015 Does anyone know where these rooms are located on the ship? Also, how many people can this room hold? We are booked on one for April 2015, so can give you a review when we get back. As far a booking, you normally have to have a minimum of 5, and can book a maximum of 6. The room has a king bed, two single bunks, and a sleeper sofa, walk in closet, and basically the same bathroom as a Junior Suite (has a bathtub instead of just a shower.) Cabin size is 323 sq ft, I believe. However, if these cabins, as well as the FI and FO category, don't sell closer to sailing date, RCI MAY, at their discretion, release these cabins for sale to smaller groups, but there is no guarantee that they will. We ended up getting a great deal, as well as Maybaybie10 (they booked an FO), thanks to a WOW sale and the kids sail free promo. So, if your family is only 3 or 4, you may not be able to book that cabin at all, but if you have 5, should be no problem, as long as they are available, but there are only 4 of them. Note that these cabins DO cost more than a standard inside or outside, but the extra space should be well worth it.
sand and water Posted January 21, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted January 21, 2015 thank you, is there only 1 bathroom?
A2Mich Posted January 21, 2015 #5 Share Posted January 21, 2015 thank you, is there only 1 bathroom? Yes, only one bathroom. For two bathrooms, would either need to book two cabins or a full suite.
