Shmoo here Posted January 20, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2015 (edited) What exactly are navigator verandas? Has anyone had one? What did you think of it? Any photos? Navigator's verandahs are more enclosed. That is, where a "regular" verandah is much like a rectangular balcony, the navigator verandah has some of the super structure limiting the view. On the Magic & Wonder they are pretty enclosed with a large, open porthole: On the Fantasy & Dream the navigator verandahs are what are typically called "partially obstructed" on other cruise lines. Part of the ship's superstructure blocks full views: Edited January 20, 2015 by Shmoo here
MCC retired Posted January 20, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 20, 2015 The Navigator Verandahs on the Fantasy vary from hardly obstructed at all to more than half obstructed by steel wall ,to tiny unobstructed in the aft of the ship .
