Bilu444 Posted January 22, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2015 We sail on Fantasy February 7th. Was hoping to try FTTF this time, but it was always sold out. Checked every day and yesterday, it was available. Grabbed that bad boy right up. Here's my question..I see the FTTF logo on boarding passes and luggage tags, but how will the crew know we have it? If we need to use guest services or to get a priority tender, how do we prove we have FTTF?

kelkel2 Posted January 22, 2015 #6 Share Posted January 22, 2015 We had it when it was a brand new program and people weren't as good at looking out for it then as I'm sure they are now. But there should be a sticker on your sign and sail card. 1. As soon as you drop off your luggage to porters make sure they put an orange priority tag on them and also when printing luggage tags make sure they have the FTTF logo to prove you booked it (this helps). The orange tags are how the luggage delivery people know they need to take those bags up quickly and can quickly identify those. 2. When entering the terminal have your boarding pass handy. It has the symbol on it as well. This will put you in a priority line. 3. Make sure your S&S cards they hand you have the sticker on them. 4. Most importantly make sure you are handed tags that say Priority on them as your boarding number instead of a number such as 1, 2, 3 etc.. These are the best things you can do to ensure everything goes smoothly with FTTF.
Davey Wavey Posted January 22, 2015 #7 Share Posted January 22, 2015 We have never had FTTF stickers on our cards on 6 different cruises. We show our boarding pass to the porters and they put the priority orange tag on the luggage. We show the boarding pass to the check in line and they take us to the priority line. We just walk up to the priority line at onboard guest services for problems or tender ports and they quickly check it on their screen.

bury me at sea Posted January 22, 2015 #9 Share Posted January 22, 2015 If you have already printed your boarding pass and luggage tags, discard them and re-print. They will have the fttf logo on them. As others have said your S&S card will have a sticker on the back.
bury me at sea Posted January 22, 2015 #10 Share Posted January 22, 2015 Apologies. I now see you already have the correct boarding pass and luggage tags.
adaptabl Posted January 22, 2015 #11 Share Posted January 22, 2015 (edited) You can always make your own sticker before the cruise. It works. Edited January 22, 2015 by adaptabl
