71Corvette Posted January 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2015 Does anyone who recently sailed on Brilliance have information regarding what's on the Menu at the Chefs Table? We're on a 5 day sailing at the end of February and we're curious about what will be served. Do the menus still rotate on a 5 day sailing, or do they just offer one? jules815 Posted January 25, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2015 Yes!!! I did this and it was wonderful. Let me fire up the app on my phone and see if I can post a picture. (I'm a little challenged in this area) I saved the signed menu.

71Corvette Posted January 25, 2015 Author #9 Share Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) Thanks so much to you both for posting the pictures and for typing out the menu. It sounds great and we can't wait! We did the Chefs table on the Allure and it was fantastic! Did the chef and sommelier both participate? Aside from the welcome glass of champagne and dinner did anything else come along with the dinner? I've heard some folks get cook books or galley tours. Thanks again! mom4mom Posted January 26, 2015 #10 Share Posted January 26, 2015 We did the Chef's Table on the Brilliance in Nov. Both the Chef and Sommelier participated and we did get a cookbook, too. It was well worth the money!
ChipLondon Posted January 26, 2015 #11 Share Posted January 26, 2015 Yes both did participate, although they stated they are not continuing with the cookbook ( I do not think they have a new one, and have run out of older ones ) although a couple of our tables mates did request one, and got it later on. The Gallery Tour was offered.:) Thanks so much to you both for posting the pictures and for typing out the menu. It sounds great and we can't wait!
