sandbag7 Posted January 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) Based on the ship's layout it appears these cabins are almost directly above the casino or a restaurant; I have avoided that experience for almost 30 years (since my first cruise); can anyone shed some light on whether these cabins are impacted by noise from below? Rare ORV Posted January 25, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2015 I'm pretty sure you don't have to worry about noise coming from the casino on Riviera.

Your ship geography is slightly skewed. The forward set of B4 Cabins, that is to say 7010 thru 7031 are above Crew Quarters, the Ocean View Cabins (Category C) are above the Casino, and the aft set of B4 Cabins, 7102 thru 7109, are above the Grand dining room entrance which is not the kind of place where noise is ever an issue... StanandJim Posted January 26, 2015 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2015 +1 for 7117. Might have been a B4 when you sailed, but it's a B3 now (and has been for quite some time). :p Time and tide wait for no man.

I think the point being is we had cabins over the dining room & nothing was heard Mine also was a B4 at the time we sailed
