I've never seen a list. I think you just order something and say, "Can you make that virgin?" and they say "yes" and it's done.

There is no virgin cocktail list. A virgin cocktail is any mixed drink minus the alcohol. Starbucks (if it were on NCL) would not be a virgin drink, it would be an extra cost drink from the coffee bar (which is not included) in the UBP.
