Sunset Beach Montego Bay

Has anyone been to Sunset Beach Montego Bay recently?

(and yes I understand how to use tripadvisor, but I like to get opinions from people on this board)

 

Just wondering how your experience was, the good, the bad, would you recommend it etc?

 

We were set on going to Hilton Rose hall, but waited too long to book, and it is sold out the day we will be there.

We are also looking at the Beach Day at Sunset Beach Resort in Montego Bay through Island Marketing - hoping someone will reply to your post!

We will be there in April.

We tried to book the Hilton Rose Hall as well and it was sold out. We booked Sunset Beach Resort. I have read many mixed reviews so I guess it will be what we make it! I plan to make it great:D

Don't know about Sunset Beach, but we were at Doctor's Cave beach last week and it was GREAT! Used JaiTal tours for a private car and guide from Falmouth port, good price, great service, highly recommended!
