I heard that carnival is changing their 7 day menu. Has anyone heard of the new menu?

Yes it is called American Table and have it twice and liked it.

American Table is being beta-tested on a couple ships. No plans have been announced to make it fleet-wide.

I experienced it twice on Glory and was very happy with it. Regular nights it's called "American Table" and on elegant nights it's called "American Feast".

Its on 4 ships now and being added to a 5th ship either this week or next. Have not seen any additional roll out info as if yet, but since they are adding another ship, it could roll out to the rest soon.

I just got off a B2B on the Breeze this morning and there were a few things on the regular menu that I hadn't seen before.

 

Beef Carpacio and Ox Tougue as appetizers. And I think there were some new entrees but I just stuck with my favorties.

Just experienced it on the Liberty and never had a problem finding at least a couple choices each night.

How does this American Table menu differ from other the other menu? (I'll be cruising for the first time in April.)
