Valentine's Day onboard The Caribbean Princess

We will be boarding The Caribbean Princess on Saturday, Feb 14th in Ft. Lauderdale. I'm wondering if anyone knows if they do something special in the dining room for Valentine's Day?

They may hand out flowers (one rose) to all the ladies in the main dining room.

Were are on that sailing also, hope they do the rose, that would get me off the hook. Not really but it would be a nice touch.

Possibly a special menu or the always the same "Welcome Aboard" meal that they have served for the last 10 years?!
