I see couple of interesting cruises out of Galveston. Question where do the royal ships dock? What is the nearest Airport, assuming it's Houston. How do you get there from the airport. Looks like 1 hour + ride from George Bush Airport.

Royal's ships dock at Galveston Island. The closest airport is Houston Hobby (HOU). See the Gulf Coast Departures forum for transportation ideas:

Hobby is much closer than Bush Houston Intl. Better choice of flights are at Bush. Unless you do Southwest, they favor Hobby. Either way it's quite aways to Galveston. Check for your Air at both airports. If you have the time, go to Galveston a day or two before your cruise. It's a nice town with things to do. We had a great time there with two days pre-cruise Voyager for Mardi Gras a few years ago. Galveston has their own Mardi Gras with local fun parades. Have fun!
