Vancouver disembarkation time?

I have a cruise ending in Vancouver at the Canada Place pier in March and no other ships in port that day. If I plan to carry off my own suitcase, about much time will it take to disembark and pass through customs/immigration? I do have a Nexus fast pass which may help if they accept that in the cruise terminal.

Our docking time is 7:30 am and Princess agent said I could probably disembark about 8:00 am. I would like to be able to catch the 8:45 am Quick Shuttle from in front of the Pan Pacific Hotel which is next to cruise terminal. Otherwise next shuttle not til 11:15.

Make sure you prebook the Quickshuttle so they know you're coming - a few other posters have mentioned that the shuttle has been held back to wait when there have been delays getting passengers off the ship. One very memorable rant was deleted!

Nexus unfortunately gains you no shorter queue at Canada Place, but should minimise any questioning as you are more 'trusted' than Joe Q Public. We always walk off with our own luggage approx. 8am, and usually find that we are on the street by 8:15am.

FYI: the Pan Pacific Hotel is not next to the cruise terminal, it's on top of it.

You might want to check with Quick Shuttle to see if that bus actually goes from Canada Place - they don't normally often that service until around May 1. Your cruise coming in March is a rarity as we usually don't get the ships regularly coming until May.

It doesn't show on the Quick Shuttle web site.

Cheers!

I checked with Quick Shuttle today as well - the bus picking you up will shuttle you to their hub at the Holiday Inn on Howe where you may need to transfer to the bus taking you to Seattle - the 8:45 time is the time that they start the shuttle loop so as long as you are outside by then you will be good to go. Your actual departure time is 9:30 AM.

Cheers!
